Using the platform
Access to ProcessLens is granted per named user under an active subscription. Accounts are not shared between individuals.
Tokens and billing
Each subscription includes a monthly calculation-token allocation. Tokens reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Additional tokens can be purchased at any time.
Demo and trial
The demo runs on a fixed sample dataset with a limited token budget and requires no account. A one-week free trial with your own data is available on request and may be subject to qualification.
Your data
Data you upload remains your property. We process it only to provide the analyses you request.
Liability
ProcessLens is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results; final placeholder terms will be confirmed with legal counsel.
