What we collect
When you request a demo or trial, we collect the contact and company details you submit (name, work email, company, role, industry). When you use the platform, we process the process/quality data you upload solely to run the analyses you request.
How we use it
To respond to demo and trial requests, provide and improve the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Data residency
Customer data is hosted within the EU. Uploaded process data remains the customer's property and is not used to train models for other customers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@processlens.nl.
